I'm Muhammad Arif Kamil Bin Puwira Jaya. Muhammad Arif Kamil in running text, Arif K on the door. I design and build for the web: cinematic, scroll-driven front-ends in Astro and GSAP, made to stay fast on the mid-range phones people actually use.
That sentence is a budget, not a mood. Every animation on this page is transform-and-opacity only, every video waits its turn for the one decoder a cheap Android can spare, and the whole thing degrades to plain, readable HTML when someone asks it to. Cinematic and fast are the same discipline.
I'm comfortable across the stack when a build needs it: middleware and APIs, relational databases (PostgreSQL, DB2, Oracle), testing and shipping. That range comes from time inside a national bank's delivery process and client-facing consulting. The front of the site is where I live; the rest of the system is not a mystery to me.
