Residensi Cattleya

A bilingual (BM/EN) launch page for Residensi Cattleya, a 244-unit PKNS condominium in Seksyen 23, Shah Alam. Sage and orchid, light and unhurried, it reads closer to a property film than a brochure.

I designed and built the whole front end: the cinematic loader, split-text reveals, a pinned horizontal gallery, magnetic CTAs, and a lead form wrapped in the regulatory disclosure a real launch requires.

The interesting problem: visitors arrive from property ads on mid-range phones, so every reveal ships with a reduced-motion and no-JS fallback that pre-clears its mask. The page degrades to plain, readable HTML instead of a blank screen.
